Jayne has been in education for over 35 years serving as principal for 25 years at the elementary, middle, and high school level. She has served in leadership roles in state and national organizations, led conference and workshop presentations, and published articles on school leadership.

Her passion is empowering others to exceed beyond their perceived potential. She believes the most important responsibility she has is to surround her students with the best teachers and nurture a school culture where everyone can grow.
